**Terms and Conditions**
**Introduction**
Welcome to Salt and Pepper Nails. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**1. General**
- Order must be paid in full before work begins
- I have the right to refuse service
- You are not to resell
- I require a sizing method
- Unless you have ordered from me in the past I will require at least 1 of 2 sizing methods to ensure proper fit. (Quarter method or mailed kit)
- If we cannot complete sizing I cannot continue.
- Lost packages will be reported to mailing carrier with tracking
- I provide tracking for all orders
- All sales are final due to custom nature
**2. Products**
- **Description**: I strive to accurately describe and display our press-on nails. However, colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and production variations.
- **Usage**: Press-on nails are intended for temporary use. Nails are jewels not tools. Please don't use them as such and also please follow the provided instructions for proper application.

**Cuticle Oil**: Ingredients include, Shea Nut oil, Jojoba oil, Argan oil, Vitamin E oil, Sunflower Oil, fragrance Oil. (Be mindful of sensitive skin with fragrance oils) (Not advised for Nut allergies)
**Hand&Body Scrub: Ingredients include Jojoba oil, argan oil, Shea nut oil, sunflower oil, vitamin e oil, fragrance oils(be mindful of sensitive skin with fragrance oils)(not advised for nut allergies)
-How to use: Apply liberal amount to hand/body and scrub in. Rinse thoroughly body and tub. Due to nature of product a residue will be left in tub/sink. Be mindful to rinse.
**Application of Nails**:
- Push back cuticles
- Buff away shine
- Clean nails with alcohol wipes
- Apply a thin layer of glue to fake nail
- Press down, cuticle first, hold 10 seconds
**Removal**:
- Apply Glue debonder around Cuticle area and sides
- Allow to sit appropriately 10-15 seconds each nail
- Gently rock or remove nail with cuticle stick
- Buff away any excess glue
- Apply cuticle oil
*****These steps are essential for reusability of the nails*** REMOVING WITH ACETONE WILL NOT GRANT REUSABILITY*
**3. Orders**
-**FINAL PHOTOS**: I will send final approval pictures before mailing out your order. Once you approve the set there is no going back. You must approve the design before it is mailed to ensure little to no loss of product.
- **Processing**: Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- **Sizing**: When receiving a sizing kit via mail you are fully responsible for reporting your sizes. I DO NOT accept sizes from other brands as not all tips are universal and can vary slightly in size. Quarter method photos MUST be taken directly overhead and not at an angel. Angels in the photo will result in improper fitting nails
**4. Shipping**
- **Delivery**: Shipping times vary based on location.
- **Shipping Costs**: 0$ shipping fee FOR US ORDERS ONLY as it's built into the cost of the nails; HOWEVER International orders are subject to appropriate shipping fees.
-**Payment**: ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE MADE/SHIPPED
**5. Returns and Exchanges**
- **Refund Policy**: All sales final. Due to the nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are defective or incorrect. I offer 1 free fix if it's the same design, as long as you report the error within 1 day of getting the order. If you wish for a different design i will offer a 20% discount off the new design.
If you approved the final photo and then attempt to return i won't be able to assist as you approved the final photo.
*If you are on a payment plan, all sales final. No refunds are to be issues funds go towards products needed for order. Your order will be put on hold until payment can be resumed.
- **Defective Items**: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 day of receiving the product with a photo and description of the issue. We will provide instructions issuing a replacement.
**6. Cancellations**
- **Order Cancellation**: Orders cannot be cancelled. All sales final.
**7. Intellectual Property**
- **Ownership**: All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Salt and Pepper Nails and may not be used without permission.
**8. Liability**
- **Limitation**: Salt and Pepper Nails is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
All products on this website are made with some form of gel; rubber base, hard gel, plastic, soft gel; any of which can trigger an allergic reaction. Salt and Pepper Nails are not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by products.
**9. Privacy**
- **Data Protection**: I am committed to protecting your privacy. I do not resell or reuse data.
**10. Changes to Terms**
- **Updates**: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all transactions following the update.
